The Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic party ( PDP) in the 2023 presidential election, Atiku Abubakar has declared that his legal team will prove that the election was not free & fair.
Reacting to the ruling of the Supreme Court that dismissed the suit seeking the disqualification of Kashim Shettima as the vice-presidential candidate of the APC for double nomination
According to reports, a 5 member panel of the apex court held that the PDP lacked the locus standi to institute the suit. The panel said the PDP is not a member of the APC
However, through his Twitter account, Atiku reckoned that his legal team will stop at nothing to prove that the 2023 presidential election was fraudulent.
He said
“Our legal team is primed to robustly prove that the election of February 25 was fraudulent ent, did not comply with the constitutional requirements & the electoral guidelines of the INEC @inecnigeria & that the announced winner was not even qualified to contest the poll.
