A young man has reportedly passed on after a tank stand gave way leaving the tank full of water to fall off, hitting a very close building.
According to Lagos State Police public relations Officer, Benjamin, the incident happened at Ikotun in Lagos State and the deceased was said to be asleep when the tank fall on his apartment.
